- Long-term recording / monitoring of room climate (relative humidity and air temperature)
- Built-in security sensor registers every manipulation attempt of the data logger system
- Automatic min/max monitoring for gapless registration of humidity / temperature fluctuations
- Storing rhythm (1 second to 24 hours) freely adjustable via flexible SoftFOX software
- Stores 4000 readings (2000 for humidity and temperature each, with an option of up to 16000 readings), sufficient for several years depending upon the measuring rhythm
- The oldest readings are overwritten when the memory of the data logger is full (ring memory)
- Crystal oscillator controlled real-time clock and real-time calender integrated
- Power supply via two standard AAA batteries
 Batteries can be replaced at any time
- Lifetime of the batteries up to 2 years (see configuration)
- Measuring data preserved via integrated EEPROM memory circuit even without batteries
- Resolution of the air temperature sensor: 0.1 °C
- Resolution of the relative humidity sensor: 0.3 %rH
- Typical accuracy of the temperature sensors: < ±1 °C
- Typical accuracy of the humidity sensor: < ± 4 %rH

| The data logger can easily be fastened with a special removable glue strip at the desired place of measurement. If someone moves the data logger the built-in security sensor will register this event. The measured data, recorded over several weeks and months can be read out, evaluated and archived with the optional SoftFOX software or the mini-printer. This allows the user to create a detailed room climate analysis for the recorded period of time. If readings show a humidity of over 60 %rH for a longer period of time, this is the critical condition for mold fungus development. Mold fungus not only destroys walls, wallpaper, floors and interior fixtures, but also leads to various illnesses such as allergies and infections! |
Depending on the memory equipment of the system, the active sensors as well as the selected measuring rhythm, the maximum measuring time can be calculated. Here some examples:
